Most clients benefit from a course of 3–6 treatments depending on the concern being treated. Treatments are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
After treatment the skin may appear red, similar to a mild sunburn. This usually settles within 24–48 hours.
Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol or strong exfoliating acids for several days before treatment. Your therapist will provide specific preparation instructions if required.
After treatment it is important to keep the skin hydrated, avoid excessive sun exposure and apply SPF daily. Active skincare products should be avoided until the skin has fully recovered.
