To secure your appointment, please visit our BOOKING SITE (please note that we require a 20% DEPOSIT paid upfront for all services made via our booking site)

DEPOSITS

Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and will be deducted off the total service amount at the end of vour appointment.
You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLING

We have a strictly 48 HOURS rescheduling/cancellation policy.
If you are unable to attend to your appointment please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result of your deposit being forfeited.

NO SHOW

A no show will result of your deposit being forfeited, to rebook again a fee may apply.

LATE ARRIVAL

Arriving later than 20 MINUTES of your appointment time will result of your appointment being cancelled.
